Who is Bratcher Garage Doors?
Bratcher Garage Doors is the product of an honest hard-working family that wanted to bring their values to the table as well as to their customers. The company is owned and operated by Dillon Bratcher and his wife Lainie. His dad Gary Bratcher also had an interest in joining this endeavor and is partnered with Dillon and Lainie in the company.Our Values
We are a Christian-based group of individuals that puts honesty and integrity above all else. We were always taught that your word is your bond and your name is the value of your reputation. That’s why we say that “We put our name on our work, and stand behind our word”.
Our Method
We pride ourselves in the fact that we give our customers options based on what they are wanting to do with their situation and equipment and let you, the customer, decide what route you would like to take in your repairs and/or replacement. With the rising tide of technology we do our best to do everything paperless, but never neglect the request for paper receipts and invoices being mailed out the old-fashioned way.
Day of Service
We schedule calls through our dispatching software that alerts you with a reminder of the appointment the day before, when we are en route, as well as a phone call ensuring you’re available, and a receipt as well, all via text and/or email. We always show up in a marked company vehicle and ensure to discuss options before performing any work. We want honesty from those we speak with, and we give the same.
