Each maintenance visit includes a full system tune-up: lubricating all moving parts, greasing opener rails, inspecting cables and seals, adjusting spring tension, tightening hardware, and testing opener functions to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently. Members receive discounted service calls, repair savings, and exclusive discounts on doors, springs, and openers. Plus, free remote batteries and opener bulbs are included as needed. With one or two annual visits available, you can choose the level of protection that fits your home and budget—while preventing small issues from turning into expensive repairs.
One Annual Trip - $200
- $90 service calls (needed outside of maintenance visits)

- $50 off single door replacements (up to 10’ wide)
- $100 off double door replacements (up to 18’ wide)

Two Annual Trips - $325
- $65 service calls (needed outside of maintenance visits)
- 15% off all repairs
- $50 off opener and spring replacements
- $100 off single door replacements (up to 10’ wide)
- $200 off double door replacements (up to 18’ wide)
- Free battery replacements on remotes as needed
- Free opener bulb replacements as needed
*Prices are good for single residential address. Plans cover up to two doors and each additional door is $25.
